Wine Pairing Dinner Events allow you to experience VIP Chef in an unparalleled fashion. Chef Michele brings depth to the love she shares with her unique vision of wine pairing dinners. This experience highlights her creative repertoire with a progression of flavors that unfold throughout the dinner.
 
The menu is created for a sophisticated palate and is recommended for those expecting a memorable fine dining experience. She has partnered with two sommeliers representing distinguished labels to complement her culinary offerings. Each course is a beautifully conceived work of art, elegantly presented with swirls of sauces as varied as the colors of the rainbow. She masters perfection on a plate!
